Finnlo Autark 600: sturdy multi-gym in precious black design now

The Finnlo Autark 600 is a sturdy multi-gym for starting strength training at home at an affordable price. The Finnlo Autark 600 looks more elegant with its new black design. Many exercises can be done on the space-saving multi-gym, i.e., leg extension, lat pulls or butterflies. A lot of variations can be added by the cable control. Delivery already includes a triceps rope, the lat pull bar, and training straps.

Finno multi-gym for small rooms

The Finnlo Autark 600 offers a very space-saving design. It fits also in low training rooms with a height of just 200 cm. The multi-gym with a weight block of 80 kg offers beginners as well as regularly exercising persons a good resistance. The steel tube frame is up to 4 mm thick and offers high stability. All wheels are ball-bearing for a very smooth motion.

Die Bestellung und der Versand der Kraftstation verliefen reibungslos. Aufgestellt wurde die Station mittels Videoanleitung und war in dem angegebenen Zeitraum möglich. Die Kraftstation selbst ist robust und entspricht voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen.

Kraftstation ist vielseitig einsetzbar und durch geringen Platzbedarf und geringe Höhe auch für den Keller geeignet. Der Aufbau war einfach. Die Gewichtseinstellung geht schnell und ist nach oben völlig ausreichend. Allerdings fängt sie erst bei 10 Kg an. Ich fände für manche Übungen 5 oder 7,5 Kg ausreichend. Der Umbau für verschiedene Übungen ist ebenfalls einfach. Die unterschiedlichen Griffe sind völlig ausreichend. Eine Schwachstelle ist, dass das Seil beim Rudern (vor dem Gerät am Boden sitzend) leicht aus der Rolle springt und sich dann zwischen Rolle und Halterung verklemmen kann.... [Read more]

I have been using this machine for about a year now. Nothing to complain about delivery, assembly was fine. It really helped that the parts you need for each step of assembly are separately packed. The wrench that comes with the machine is the weakest link and I recommend to use your own wrench instead. Pros: + Very sturdy, good quality and looks great + Good options for exercise variety + 80 kg weight is enough for most excercises for home users + Cables are quite silent thanks for silicone coating, though there's still some noise caused by the weight stack Cons: - The cable length is little bit short for some excercises. This only affects some excercises that are performed when standing. - I had very hard time performing the pec deck excercise using the padded parts on the sides because the chest press machine is not locked and will instead move around. This con is mostly negated as you can perform the butterfly press with straps instead and it is superior excercise anyway.... [Read more]

Klasse Station für den Heimgebrauch. Lieferung super verpackt und die Schrauben nach Step`s sortiert. Station was eigentlich der Name schon sagt sehr Stabil und leise.

Problemloser Aufbau dank detaillierter Aufbauanleitung. Durch die zahlreichen Übungsmöglichkeiten konnte ich allumfassend trainieren. Kann ich guten gewissens empfehlen.

Ich habe das Gerät seit ein paar Monaten im Einsatz und bin sehr zufrieden. Der Aufbau war dank nummerierter Schritte inkl. der passenden Schrauben für jeden Schritt sehr einfach und angenehm. Funktioniert super und macht auch optisch was her.

Super schnelle Lieferung und perfekt Verpackt. Einfacher Aufbau mit guter Beschreibung. Für den Heimgebrauch eine Top Kraftstation. Einen Stern weniger gibt es nur für den Butterfly der nicht ganz optimal in der Mechanik ausgeführt ist. Sonst toll empfehle ich jedem der für seinen Körper etwas übrig hat.
